When you pick a category: Employee Self Service

Look at the results

Then add a subject

It should narrow the first list, but it brings up items that we’re in the first results.

What can we do about this? The filter boxes have been problematical since day one.  Is this a drupal issue?  Can it be fixed?  We’re getting calls that people can’t find what they need.  Hmmm…. any solutions??

I’ll be teaching a class till 4:30 today.

When you click on Employee Self-Service, the list does not change until you select a sub category. This is the expected behavior that we demonstrated when the page was built. If you can describe how you would like it to behave, that would be helpful so we can see if we can fix it.
