Hi Team,

We have recently become aware of an issue where if we move an existing page to a different parent menu item, the page will sometimes exist on the prior URL and also where it should be after the change. Due to it existing in two places (seemingly), the automatic redirect that is created when moving the page’s URL will result in an infinite redirect for both the prior and the current URL.

This has happened quite a few times for us and we are unsure how to address this aside from deleting/disabling the redirect, which leaves the prior URL working and us unsure of when it will become inactive/if it will.

Has anyone encountered this previously and has a fix?

There is an update that fixes that issue. You can request a site refresh to update all your modules and it should resolve the redirect problem.
