Content gone and site completely messed up

Hi,

I tried changing the name of one of my menu items, saved the name change, and when I went back into the site all the content for all my pages is basically gone. All my events are gone from my calendar page. Everything. I’m so confused what I did. Help!

When I go into edit the content this is the error it gives me:

Hi Christina,

It looks like the Basic Page Content Type was deleted so while the titles showed up, the content was gone. I restored the Basic Page Content Type, but the content in the body of the pages has been lost. It will need to be replaced.
