White Screen of Death

Issue/Request:

Hello. Our website is showing up as blank right now, and we are not sure why. A quick Google search indicated we might be experiencing the “white screen of death”: https://www.drupal.org/node/158043. We are not sure how to fix it, as we have no access to anything right now. Can you please help us? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Suryabrata,

This has been resolved. It looks like you attempted to use a Custom theme listed that should not be used. We have removed it from the list and are in the process of removing the other themes. The themes that we recommend are the YaleSites Themes (Boxed, Wide and Standard). If you want to create a custom theme you could use the Omega, Adaptive, Bootstrap or Zen, however, we do not support custom theming so you would need to find resources outside of Yale if you needed help. YaleSites themes are pretty flexible and have met the needs of 95% of our site builders.
