Biblio - change to the Title of a field does not save

Hi,

I am working with Biblio and editing the Biblio Settings.  Some of the basic functions of this module do not work.  For example, for the publication type, “Magazine Article”, I edited the title of the field, “Issue” and saved the changes.  But when I return to the same location where I made the edit, the change is not saved.  If it edit the same field for another publication type like Books, or Newspaper Article, it works.  Also, the process of editing the title of other fields in this way usually works.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  I created a video to show you the process but I cant attach it.  See screenshots below.
