I’m trying to change the order of the Promotional Articles on my website, to no avail. Could someone advise on the steps involved in doing so?

To change the order of your articles you would need to select the gear in the top right of the view. This will open a menu where you select Edit View. Once you are in the view scroll down to Sort Criteria. There you will find your articles are sorted by Post Date. If you want to sort by something other than Post Date, you can select the Add button in the top right of that section to give you the option to add fields to sort by. Remember that if you add another form of sort, you must remove the Post Date sort so that it only sorts by the option you just added. I hope that helps.
